Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy
At Kabash Outdoors, we strive to ship your gear quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within [1–3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Rate Adjustments
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Disclaimer regarding heavy items and remote locations: While we strive for accurate quoting, automated shipping calculators can occasionally err on heavy items or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote territories. Kabash Outdoors reserves the right to contact you regarding additional shipping fees if the actual cost significantly exceeds the system estimate. If an adjustment is required, we will contact you for approval before processing. If you choose not to pay the difference, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.
3. Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via [USPS and UPS].
- Standard Ground: Usually arrives in 3–5 business days depending on your location relative to Oklahoma.
- Expedited: Options may be available at checkout.
Please note: We cannot control carrier delays caused by weather or operational issues once the package leaves our shop.
4. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Kabash Outdoors is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If your package is marked “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local post office/carrier facility.
6. International Shipping
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
