I purchased this flag mount for my dad for Christmas. He could not be happier with it! My dad doesn’t generally get too excited about gifts but he was so impressed and I think he would have been fine if it was his only gift of the year! When he got home Christmas Eve night he immediately put his European mount on it, sent me a picture, and told me he already knew where he would hang it. That’s how you know when someone is excited about a gift.
I would also like to say how amazing the customer service has been! The order shipped and arrived on schedule. But when it arrived it was damaged as it had poked through the box and was bent on a corner. Not the end of the world but we were hesitant to hammer it back flat as it could damage it more. I reached out through the email thread that provided me the order status notifications to ask about exchanging it and received a response immediately. They were prompt, helpful, kind and made it right without hesitation or hassle!!!
